To be sure, that fact is nothing new. We’ve known for a very long time that comorbidities are a key factor in judging someone’s risk from COVID, with a combination of being immunocompromised due to advanced age and obesity being the most common situation. Yet, here, Walensky isn’t just saying that one comorbidity makes the difference. She’s saying that 75% of deaths occurred in people with at least four comorbidities.
While some of us have been pointing that out since the spring of 2020, we were maligned as wanting to kill grandma. Yet, downplaying the loss of life of the elderly was never the point being made. Rather, it was to say that we should manage mitigation based on the inherent risks to certain demographics. For example, there was never any reason for healthy, non-obese 18-50 year-olds to be locked down and put out of work. Further, because of the greatly reduced risk profile of such demographics, there was also never any reason to mandate vaccinations. Walensky’s admission also put the final nail in the coffin on the idea that children need to be vaccinated, a demographic that faces essentially no risk at all.
In short, protecting the old and sick with isolation and vaccines while letting everyone else live their lives was always the best strategy after it became clear that we could not control the spread of the virus, a reality that was obvious by mid-2020.
Not only would more nuanced mitigation measures have possibly saved thousands of lives due to increased deaths of despair caused by the lockdowns, but it would have meant many more people gaining natural immunity sooner who were otherwise not at any significant risk. That is happening now with Omicron whether we like it or not but had we done what Sweden did, we might have avoided the most recent wave altogether. . . .
Finally, just to be a cherry on top, Walensky also reiterated comments she made some months ago about the vaccines not stopping transmission of the virus.

We pray for the truth to be revealed always. Jesus knows the outcome, we have to stand for the truth and fast and pray.
Now we need to pray that they will not release something deadly like small pox. Biden said it would be a Dark winter for the unvaccinated. I looked up Dark Winter and a simulated operation called Operation Dark Winter was about small pox. The intention would be to get people to beg for the vaxx for that. And like the COVID one, it would not be for the health of the population.

I have thought from the very first that this was a ploy similar to the Nazis. It was a means of governments controlling the masses through fear. I currently am on my 10th day of Covid and shall continue back to normal life tomorrow. God is good and my faith is in Him. It’s in Him we live and move and have our being. I personally believe in the covid early treatments (that were quickly ‘debunked’ ), as being the greatest help to prevent, ameliorate, change the terrible out comes we have seen with the virus.

I just don’t understand why they didn’t expose the truth sooner. There is so much needless division within families that it saddens me. I pray that more exposure will come to light.
I actually checked the ‘fact check’ from the first video clip, and I’m afraid they have a valid point. She WAS talking about VACCINATED people, not all Covid victims. It is good for us to admit when we make a mistake, and I think we did, in this case.

Now that they have admitted this, when are they going to investigate the FDA and the CDC for criminal ties to BIG PHARMA. Who is being bribed to approve test vaccines to be mandated as Biden is currently trying to do? European studies have shown that repeated doses of the vaccine are damaging to the immune system. Why does the FDA and the CDC conceal these facts from us? Who in the Oval Office is telling doctors and hospitals not to report cases of side effects? I would think that this would be illegal!
God is so good to send forth the truth and to make known the lie that has been covered because of the CDC’s push and our Executive Government for a Vaccine that is in the trial period until 2023. No other vaccine has ever had a document that needed our signature to say that we could not hold anyone, not Pharmaceutical company, or Government responsible if the vaccine doesn’t work or causes adverse effects.

This is not a new or recent admission. Merely the first time they are openly stating them in the media. They were posting these numbers all along on their web page but the mainstream media was ignoring it. That they were posting those statistics in the shadows and not offering them into the public discourse says a lot about the difference between fact and narrative. However, the fact that they are now stating them publicly suggests they are trying to give this administration a boost and a face saving means of moving the country forward without actually defeating it.
Having watched this video clip in its entirety I must completely disagree with this post. The 75% mentioned by Dr Wolensky is in reference to deaths in fully vaccinated people. So, of the near 0% of people who were vaccinated yet died, 75% of them were unwell to begin with because of their 4 comorbidities. Please get the information before posting. Misinformation only fuels confusion and conflict; Christians should not be a part of that.
I believe CT was just in the news putting covid victims back in nursing homes. It is so illogical. Governor Cuomo isn’t being held accountable, nor the NJ Governor. This is about money, (Per usual) power, etc. Dr. Fauci is heavily vested in the big pharma industry. He was invested in Wuhan. He has become rich because of his position. The Epoch times has been featuring many articles that highlight issues with vaccines. Dr. Robert Malone the inventor of Mmra vaccine – has cautioned not to give it to children. Yet it is still pushed by Government. They are making profits off the vaccine at amazing rates.

It is so good to hear the truth. I trust now the vaccine mandate with be stopped and the mask off of our faces and people are learning to live again. Further more I expect more truth about this whole pandemic to come to light. I realize that we can’t stop praying. We must press in with praying and faith so that the truth will be known and it will make the people free.
Father, thank you for verifying what many citizens already noticed with the data. Please convict politicians as well as the Americans working in our many agencies to be honest even when it might not benefit them personally or politically. Open our eyes. Help us to quit playing selfish games with words for political gain. This comorbidity factor could have been used for good. It might have even have inspired some Americans to battle to become healthier while comforting other Americans with less anxiety.
Help us see the folly in giving our whole country over to a few unelected citizens. Please forgive my nation for our many sins; help us elect wise citizens who fear you, Lord, and want to do your will. What about people like me who had it but didn’t die. When will they admit that we are also protected. What about factual changes to DNA, especially how protected when another virus like the bird flu “just happens” to come along? Fauci is already saying this will happen.

Dying “with COVID” and dying “from COVID” are largely misunderstood. The people with comorbidities DID die FROM COVID, because their pre-existing conditions made them more vulnerable.
We all know people who are obese, have diabetes, have heart disease, etc. etc. These chronic conditions contribute to earlier death, but they are not the direct cause of it.
Covid CAUSED the deaths in most of these people. The person who died “with Covid” would be the one who got in a car crash and incidentally was found to have Covid – maybe after he was already dead from the crash. The old people with comorbidities died FROM Covid; Covid kills vulnerable people.
It’s about time they started to admit obvious facts..too bad so much damage and money and businesses had to be lost because of their refusal to document and make truth be publically known and available

I don’t see the truth in much they say, yes I believe that present health can be a factor in illness severity but I think that their data is screwed. They tell the truth about nothing nowadays and truth is swayed to what is holding the money bag instead of helping normal people. Don’t ask me to believe much when it comes to their data. What the CDC director fails to mention is that people died because no treatment of any kind was offered !! People went to the ER and we’re not given any meds. Covid is a pneumonia with some other organ systems involved. People were very sick and told by Drs to go home. Later those people couldn’t breathe anymore came back to the hospital put on a ventilator and died. The CDC and the NIH refused to allow Drs and hospitals to treat out side of their protocol !!
Hospitals got money from the Federal government for every covid diagnosis but once that diagnosis was made they could only treat with the NIH guidelines which said unless you needed Oxygen they wouldn’t treat.
This whole thing was evil from the very start. I know of a Dr who has treated Covid since the start no one died !!
He called his Dr friends in other countries and asked how did you treat SARS ?? Because Covid is like SARS. And they told him so he adopted their treatment !! He has treated thousands of people with multiple cormorbidities with no deaths !!

I heartily say Amen to the last 2 posts. I am almost 67 years old and am in excellent health. I also believe that Psalm 91 is my vaccine. I have not had Covid nor the shot. I believe that I am old enough to look after my own health and don’t need the government to make decisions for me. I will not comply.
I am 75 and still work full time at a very stressful job. I got a light covid in Feb 2021 then hard covid the whole month of August 2021. I did not go to the hospital but toughed it out at home and got well. It wasn’t easy but with God’s help I survived. I will NOT take the vaccines because I don’t trust the government. We are not forced to get them at my work or I would have to quit. I refuse to put that junk into my body. I probably have enough antibodies for a third world country. Praise God!!!!

I am 76 years old and in reasonably good health. I have not taken any of the Covid vaccines, nor has my wife. I read Psalm 91 every morning in my daily devotional and Bible reading. That is my vaccine. Those politicians who are bringing our country down need to read Psalm 10:15 and start thinking about repentance.

Too little, too late is my immediate reaction along with acknowledging that 50% or more “COVID” hospitalizations are not to treat COVID! BUT God is sovereign and HIS timing is perfect.
I also take exception to the continuing use of age as a risk marker. I am 72 years old and in excellent health. In the last 10 years I have seldom been ill had only one sick visit to a doctor. I recovered completely in less than a week. I am far healthier and mindful of treating my body as the temple of the Holy Spirit, than some I know even 50 years younger. I share this with thanksgiving to God and to glorify him. My soon to be 79 year old husband also has next to no I’ll days. He has Parkinson’s Disease and was doing very well until the lockdowns. He was deprived of his exercise group and all exercise equipment. We tried mightily to compensate but the deterioration that caused us still evident. Our neurologist at the time sat on a board of neurologist with the topic of the effects of lockdowns on their Parkinson’s patient. Across the board, it was agreed that the losses of functionality likely could not be reversed. We continue to hope in the Lord and do everything possible to bring about recovery.
Personally, I have had a lot of forgiving to do. God allowed this for his purposes. We praise him in the midst of this ongoing trial.
Having said all that, I know there are people in their 70s and 80s that do not want or need to be “protected “.

I’m 72 and have been in excellent health. I also believe my body is the temple of the Holy Spirit and have treated it as such. I’m a fitness instructor for the elderly. When I couldn’t teach in the building, we went online and did our best. I’m so sorry about your husband and his loss of this incredible tool to reinforce good health. I pray he is able to reverse the damage that the mask and mandates has done.

Thousands prayed for truth to come forward. Now it has and we must continue to ask for it. While I don’t always understand the timing, it is a result of people petitioning and decreeing that it would happen – God in His mercy is responding. We are battling the enemy and we cannot lose sight of that. Tragically, the enemy has set up camp in the Biden WH, multiple government departments and through Biden’s various appointees and/or already established people who already agreed with the corrupt administration. Our prayers should faithfully continue to ask that truth prevail, corrupt leaders (and other individuals) be removed, officials have a change of heart and find/follow God’s voice and leading, etc.
We have known (for a long time) that the present leadership isn’t truthful – pray that changes as “God deems necessary and through any means He chooses”. Pray for unrelenting and overpowering conviction to inundate the present administration and it’s people. Remember this is a “multi – level and layered ” scheme that has been set up to “control”. Pray it will be exposed, brought down, justice served as necessary and that truthful information with righteousness will break forth.
It shows us that all along it has been a money agenda for big pharma and big tech and the part of the government that is using the virus for their own agenda. We need to pray more and more for all that is involved.
People should not be out and about as if we had no concerns about Covid 19 and other viruses. If and when we have to go outside our homes, we should mask up and set up appointments for times when others are at work. This would lessen the times that we are exposed to others. There is no reason to food shop every day if we plan our meals in advance. We can buy a week’s worth of frozen dinners at a time. Even milk can be frozen. Just think ahead and remember to defrost your dinner ahead of time. You will get your protein even if you have eggs for dinner occasionally. Or you can buy a rotissorie-cooked chicken at the beginning of the week and make chicken soup from the bones after you’ve eaten the meat. This planning all depends on how many you are feeding and how much food you have to buy. Remember that casseroles are great to make for families and cooking roasts may save money. Making your own spaghetti sauce is always a good idea and more tasty too. Cook the way your Mama did!

Edna, I love you and Jesus loves you and He ONLY wants you to abide in truth!! Preparing things like food and other items is wise as long as it is led by Holy Spirit! However, masks don’t work as the virus is soooooooooo much tinier than the holes in the masks! It’s like putting up a chain link fence to keep the neighbor from throwing sand in your yard! The sand goes right on through it! Jesus and His disciples would NOT have worn masks, they went around healing the sick, touching them all the time! We are all on our own journey in our faith in the Lord as we grow from glory to glory so I understand if wearing a mask may make you feel better, but it actually inhibits your breathing, weakens the immune system, and can cause infection by retaining bacteria expelled from your mouth as God designed us to breathe and NOT be inhibited to do so! He gave us our immune system for WHEN we get infected so our body FIGHTS it off and in turn actually STRENGTHENS our immune system! We can’t live in a cave for the rest of our lives because viruses exist. That would be a sad life! How will anyone hear of the gospel or get healed if we are too afraid to be around them because they may have a virus? That’s WHY they need healing, they’re sick! Jesus said I have come for the sick and He was referring to spiritual and natural sickness, meaning they needed salvation and physical healing both! God calls us to be OVERCOMERS, not succumbers. I pray you get extremely HUNGRY for THE TRUTH and He WILL show it to you because it is out there, just those who want everyone to be oppressed are seeking to stop it from being revealed but NO one can stop God! I pray you receive this as I intend which is about equipping you with information/truth that helps you and growing your faith in God’s ability to keep you through this life. He said we’d face trouble in this life but NOT to fear for He HAS overcome the world! This whole thing was a plan to cause global compliance for a wicked agenda. I think it is a wonderful admission that many knew already, but evil government distorted the truth because they saw a way through fear to control the people. They also saw a way to make their constituents rich by instituting mask mandates. what a windfall of cash that was/is . I know to many people who have had adverse reactions to the vaccinations.. This is another data that is under reported but I am praying will also finally come out. Experiemental to say the least. This vaccination is not given with FULL consent, like other shots. You have to choose between keeping your job and the jab. Thirdly, coercion is involved. If you can’t see how Amercians are pressured and treated differently vs. Illegal immigrants across the border, you are blind to the truth of reality that you being controlled

My body is the temple of the Holy Spirit and I cant take the shot with conscience. That another factor not counted as worthy by the mandates. I had delta. Got very sick but with therapeutics sailed right through. That is what should be prompted!
You can thank the mercy of God for that. I know many who, sadly, have had terrible side effects. Some will never be the same, some who had many clots and some who died from it. Yes. Believe it. You are well, praise God, but many were not after jab.

I took the Johnson vaccine last March–10months ago. I thought it was the wise thing to do because I’m 69 and nearly died of pneumonia back in 2017. Wrong decision!
I have bipolar disorder. Three days after receiving the vaccine, I was catapulted into the most intense manic episode I’ve ever experienced. I still struggle with residual effects every day. I would FAR rather have had Covid than what I’m dealing with now.
